Indulge in festive Candy Corn Sugar Cookies - soft, chewy cookies with a hint of crunch. Ideal for fall gatherings, these adorable treats are loved by all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch for drop cookies
  • Orange and yellow gel food color from 1 box Betty Crocker™ Classic Gel Food Color
  • White sanding sugar
  • White chocolate, melted, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Divide the dough evenly into three bowls.
  • Color the majority of the dough orange, a smaller portion uncolored, and the remaining portion yellow.
  • Arrange the dough in layers of orange, yellow, and white to form a triangle-shaped log that is approximately 12 inches in length. Wrap it up and place it in the freezer to chill for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Take the dough out of the freezer and slice it like slice-and-bake cookies. Dip each candy corn cookie in white sanding sugar, discarding any excess sugar.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before drizzling with luscious melted white chocolate or Betty Crocker™ Frosting to indulge in a decadent treat. Enjoy every sweet bite!
