Indulgent thanksgiving dessert: caramel-pecan pie cheesecake fusion will have guests begging for the recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
  • 4 eggs, divided
  • 1.25 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Place the crust in a 9-inch deep dish pie pan, then trim and flute the edges for a polished finish.
  • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture into the pie crust and sprinkle pecans over the top.
  • In a small bowl, vigorously whisk the remaining eggs, gradually incorporating the caramel topping until smooth. Pour this mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown, for 35-40 minutes.
  • Allow to cool on a wire rack for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
