3-ingredient caramel pie - a decadent dessert for any special occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Peel off the label from the condensed milk can, then transfer it to a large pot. Fill the pot with enough water to cover the can by 2 to 3 inches. Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat to medium-high and simmer for 4 hours, adding water as needed to ensure the can remains submerged.
  • Remove the can from the pot using tongs and allow it to cool for around 1 hour. Open the can with caution and pour the caramel into the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate until the caramel sets, which usually takes 2 to 4 hours. Add a dollop of whipped topping before serving.
