Indulge in quick and easy caramel rolls bursting with sweet cinnamon flavor, ready to enjoy in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 36 pecan halves
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Divide 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of butter, and 3 pecan halves evenly among 12 regular-size muffin cups. Bake until melted.
  • Mix Bisquick and cold water until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Smooth dough into a ball on a Bisquick-sprinkled surface. Knead 5 times, then roll the dough into a 15x9 inch rectangle. Spread 2 tablespoons butter on the rectangle; sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll it up tightly starting from the 15-inch side, pinching the edge to seal. Cut into twelve 1 1/4-inch slices and place them in muffin cups.
  • Bake for around 10 minutes or until beautifully golden brown. Flip the pan upside down onto a heatproof serving plate. Let the pan sit on top of the rolls for a minute.
