Irresistible sweet and salty dip, perfect with pumpkin chips for a party hit!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 4 oz chèvre (goat) cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Food Should Taste Good™ pumpkin chips, as desired
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Sauté onion, sugar, and rosemary in the oil for about 15 minutes, or until caramelized.
  • Combine goat cheese, yogurt, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Coarsly chop the caramelized onions. Set aside a small portion for garnish and add the rest to the bowl. Mix until well combined. Garnish with the reserved onions and serve with chips.
