Caramilk condensed milk buttercream icing recipe

Indulge in a decadent Caramilk and condensed milk frosting to elevate your cake decorating game like never before!
Ingredients:
  • 500g salted butter, chopped and softened
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 180g block Caramilk chocolate, melted, cooled
Instructions:
  • Beat the butter in a bowl with electric beaters for 6 minutes or until it turns pale and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally. With the beaters on low speed, gradually add the condensed milk. Increase the speed to high and beat for 2 more minutes until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the cooled Caramilk chocolate into the bowl. Mix with electric beaters for 2 minutes or until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag with your favorite nozzle attached (like a Loyal 2C nozzle). Pipe as you wish.
