Impress guests with a stunning Caramilk ganache wheel topped with colorful sprinkles. Ready in just 20 minutes, no baking required.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 124g packet Lotus Biscoff biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted, plus 60g, extra
  • 240g Caramilk chocolate, chopped
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes
  • 185ml (3 ⁄4 cup) thickened cream
  • Assorted sprinkles, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Crush the biscuits in a food processor until finely ground. Pour in the melted butter and process until mixed. Firmly press the mixture into the base and sides of a 3cm-deep, 22cm round fluted tart tin with a removable base. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
  • In a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate, salt, and extra butter. Simmer cream in a saucepan, then pour over chocolate mixture. Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk until smooth. Pour into tart shell and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
  • Score the top of the tart into 12 even segments using a large sharp knife. Fill each segment with sprinkles using a small spoon. Chill the tart before serving.
