  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 50ml light soy sauce
  • 50ml rice wine
  • 2 spring onions, shredded
  • 48.00 gm brown sugar
  • 21.60 gm hoi sin sauce

  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 60ml honey
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions:
  • Score the pork fillet with a sharp knife.

  • Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) gas mark 4.
  • Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on a rack above a roasting tin filled halfway with hot water.
  • Roast the pork for 40 minutes, ensuring to flip it halfway through for an even golden color, while basting with the remaining marinade from the bowl.
