Chargrilled spicy soy lamb cutlets

Impress with tasty soy cutlets.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Soy Sauce
  • 41.60 gm Hot Chilli Sauce, plus extra, to serve
  • 36.40 gm light olive oil
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 12 lamb cutlets
  • Roast jacket potatoes, to serve
  • Crème fraîche, to serve
  • Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
  • Shaved red cabbage, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large shallow dish, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, oil, sugar, and cumin. Add cutlets and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate. Remove cutlets from marinade and pat dry with paper towel before cooking.
  • Heat up a chargrill pan or barbecue grill on medium-high. Grill the cutlets for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preference. Serve with jacket potatoes, crème fraîche, coriander leaves, cabbage, and lime wedges. Top with a drizzle of extra chili sauce and serve additional sauce on the side.
