Indulge in a delicious ham and cheese casserole with green beans.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (1 lb. 4-oz.) pkg. refrigerated potato wedges
  • 1 cup cooked ham strips (2x1/4x1/4-inch)
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can French Style Green Beans, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup or cheesy broccoli soup
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange potatoes, ham, and green beans in the dish.
  • Combine soup, milk, and half of the cheese until smooth. Pour over mixture in baking dish, gently stir to combine, then sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  • Combine a rich, creamy butter with crunchy bread crumbs in a small bowl until fully mixed. Sprinkle the delightful mixture over the top for a delicious finishing touch.
  • Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until mixture is bubbling and golden brown.
