Cheesy bacon potato skins with green onions - a crispy and indulgent side or app.
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Coat potato slices in butter and arrange on baking sheet.
  • Place in the preheated oven until beautifully golden and fork-tender, about 30 to 40 minutes, remembering to turn slices halfway through. Top with Cheddar, crispy bacon bits, and fresh green onions. Return to the oven until the cheese is gooey and melted, for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
