Create a festive and crowd-pleasing Christmas starter for the whole family to enjoy at your banquet!
Ingredients:
  • 250g block cream cheese, softened
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh dill leaves
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • Lavosh crackers, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy cream cheese with fragrant dill, fresh chives, and zesty lemon rind in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Divide the mixture in half and place one portion onto a piece of baking paper. Shape it into a log using the paper as a guide, then roll it up tightly and twist the ends to seal. Repeat with the rest of the mixture and papers. Chill for 3 hours or until firm. Enjoy with crackers.
