Baked salmon with garlic, dill, Cheddar cheese, and green onions for a unique, cheesy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds salmon fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a piping hot 450°F (230°C).
  • Lay the salmon on a generous piece of foil and generously season with garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Wrap the foil securely around the salmon and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  • After baking for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, add a generous layer of Cheddar cheese and green onions on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the fish easily flakes with a fork.
