Ingredients:
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Combine spinach, sour cream, and soup mix in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until cheese is gooey and bubbly.
