Indulge in a delicious cheese croissant melt for a cozy breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 small ripe avocado
  • 82.50 ml lite cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp chives, chopped
  • 62.50 ml grated tasty cheese
  • 4 croissants
  • 6 grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Warm croissants on a tray for 5 minutes. Split them in half and spread 2 of the bases with avocado. Fill each with a mixture of cottage cheese and chives, then assemble the croissants.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese and tomatoes on top of the 2 croissants, then replace the lids. Serve without delay.
