15-minute cheesy gnocchi perfect for family.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Garlic & Herb Pork Sausages
  • 500g pkt Potato Gnocchi
  • 490g jar three-cheese pasta sauce
  • 60g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 25g parmesan
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook sausages for 4-5 mins, turning occasionally, until browned. Transfer to a plate and slice thickly.
  • Cook the gnocchi in boiling water according to the packet instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup (125ml) of the cooking liquid before draining.
  • Add the sausage back to the frying pan along with pasta sauce, spinach, gnocchi, and reserved cooking liquid. Cook while stirring until everything is heated through. Season with your favorite spices and finish by sprinkling with grated parmesan cheese.
