Irresistibly decadent cheesy butter enhances these delectable potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar-American cheese blend (2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 medium baking or russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine cheesy butter ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Pierce potatoes all over to release steam. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place on microwave-safe plate or dish and microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until easily pierced with a fork.
  • Grill potatoes over medium heat until crispy and golden brown, turning occasionally. Cover grill and cook for 8 to 12 minutes.
  • Make a large X on top of each baked potato and gently press the sides to fluff them up. Add a dollop of cheesy butter on top of each potato and finish with a sprinkle of garlic-pepper blend.
