Ingredients:
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cooked, diced ham
  • 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine hash browns, condensed soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and ham in a bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
