Cheesy hash brown casserole with ham and eggs, perfect for a delicious and simple breakfast for guests.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 8 frozen hash brown patties
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound cooked ham, cut into cubes
  • 7 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard
Instructions:
  • - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place the hash brown patties in the baking dish and generously top them with shredded Cheddar cheese and diced ham.
  • In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and mustard until smooth. Pour this mixture over the ham in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  • After an hour in the oven, uncover and bake until the edges are golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, for about 15 more minutes.
