Start your day with a tasty breakfast casserole featuring Canadian bacon, Cheddar, and fluffy eggs.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1.75 cups egg substitute (such as Egg Beaters® Southwestern Style)
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 8 frozen hash brown patties
  • 2 (6 ounce) packages Canadian bacon, quartered
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) to ensure perfect baking temperature. Next, generously coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking and guarantee easy cleanup.
  • Combine egg substitute, milk, salt, and mustard in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Place hash brown patties in a single layer at the bottom of the baking dish. Top with Canadian bacon and Cheddar-Jack cheese. Pour the egg mixture over everything and cover the dish with foil.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the edges are golden brown, approximately 15 more minutes.
