"Hasselback potatoes filled with cubed ham, gooey Monterey Jack cheese, and fresh green onions."
Ingredients:
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 0.5 (32 ounce) package frozen fried potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) package Farmland® Cubed Ham
  • 1.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Sliced green onions or chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Grease 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. Add 4 potato nuggets to each tin and bake for 12 minutes. Press the potatoes down using a 1/4-cup measure and bake for an additional 12 minutes.
  • Evenly distribute ham into cups. Bake until cups are crispy and golden, and ham is heated through. Remove from oven.
  • Evenly distribute cheese into cups. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden. Take out of tins and sprinkle with green onions or chives for a flavorful garnish.
