Indulge in a tasty meatball skillet featuring cheesy cheese sticks for a delightful twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 box Hamburger Helper™ Philly cheesesteak
  • 1 lb frozen cooked meatballs
  • 4 marble Jack cheese sticks (4 oz), cut into 3/4-inch pieces
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet, warm the oil over medium heat. Sauté onions for 5 minutes until soft, then add bell peppers and continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until peppers are tender and onions start to brown.
  • Combine hot water, milk, and sauce mix from the Hamburger Helper™ box. Mix well. Add uncooked pasta from the Hamburger Helper™ box and frozen meatballs. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 9 to 11 minutes until pasta is tender and sauce is thick. Remove from heat and enjoy!
  • Stir in the cheese with care, then cover and allow it to melt for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the topping from the Hamburger Helper™ box.
