Cheesy Potato Nugget Skillet

Kid-friendly family favorite meal with minimal prep.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (from 15-oz jar)
  • 3/4 cup frozen sweet peas
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 bag (16 oz) Cascadian Farm™ Spud Puppies™ frozen organic crispy golden potatoes
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Cook the beef in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until no longer pink; drain. Mix in the cheese sauce, then layer frozen peas and cheese on top of the beef mixture. Lastly, top with an even layer of frozen potatoes.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes until the potatoes are crisp and golden brown, and the mixture is bubbling.
