Cheesy tikka naan bites with garlic naan recipe

Make cheesy garlic naan bites, baked till gooey, served with mango chutney yogurt swirl.
Ingredients:
  • 250g yoghurt
  • 56.00 gm tikka masala curry paste
  • 200g paneer, cut into 0.5cm cubes
  • 1 red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 280g pkt Garlic Naan Bread, cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • 150g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 62.50 gm mango chutney
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190C (170C fan-forced) and line two baking trays with baking paper.
  • In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt with curry paste, paneer, and red capsicum. Place naan pieces on trays and top each with 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture. Sprinkle a bit of cheese on top of each piece. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Mix the chutney into the rest of the yogurt and enjoy with naan bites.
