Indulgent cheesecake-swirled brownies topped with tangy cherries.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups canned cherry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the brownie batter following the instructions on the box, then transfer it to the pan. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, blend cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth.
  • Place generous dollops of the cream cheese mixture onto the brownie mixture, then add dollops of cherry pie filling. Swirl everything together gently using a butter knife or spatula.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the brownie is set and the cream cheese swirls have puffed and turned slightly golden. Allow to cool completely in the pan for about 1 hour before cutting.
