Indulgent cherry chocolate cream custard dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 3 chocolate lamingtons, coarsely chopped
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) kirsch
  • 415g can dark pitted cherries, drained
  • 500g ctn Premium Vanilla Custard
  • 300ml ctn thickened cream
  • 24.00 gm pure icing sugar
  • 2 x 20g Golden Rough chocolates, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Evenly distribute the lamington into 6 elegant serving glasses. Generously drizzle the kirsch liqueur. Garnish with the juicy cherries and generously pour the creamy custard over the top.
  • Beat the cream and icing sugar together until soft peaks form using an electric beater. Divide the mixture among glasses and sprinkle with Golden Rough. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
