Cherry cream cheese pie: A crowd-pleasing, easy yet elegant dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (21 ounce) can light cherry pie filling
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, whip cream cheese until velvety. Slowly fold in sweetened condensed milk until silky and blended. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla until fully incorporated.
  • Carefully fill the luscious filling into the golden graham cracker crust. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator until perfectly set, which should take about 2 to 4 hours.
  • Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top right before serving.
