Cherry nice ice-cream cones

Indulge in a refreshing Cherry Ripe-inspired choc-dipped ice cream cone on a summer evening.
Ingredients:
  • 200g milk choc melts
  • 4 waffle ice-cream cones
  • 35g (1/3 cup) desiccated coconut
  • 8 scoops Maggie Beer Morello Cherry & Dark Chocolate Almond Ice Cream
  • 52g Cherry Ripe bar, sliced, to serve
  • Maraschino cherries, to serve
  • Thick dark chocolate sauce, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Prepare a wire rack with baking paper. Place chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium power in 1-minute intervals until completely melted and smooth.
  • Dip the cone tops in the luscious melted chocolate, swirling them to coat and shaking off any extra. Sprinkle with coconut and place them chocolate side down on a rack. Allow them to sit until the chocolate is set.
  • Scoop 2 generous portions of ice-cream into each cone. Top with Cherry Ripe and cherries, then drizzle with chocolate sauce for a delectable finish.
