Delicious Jell-O poke cake with cherry filling and whipped topping, perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package fruit flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • While the cake is still warm, use a fork to poke holes at 1-inch intervals throughout the cake.
  • As the cake cools, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drizzle gelatin over the cake, add cherry pie filling, then finish with whipped topping. Chill cake for 1 hour before serving.
