Decadent cherry cheesecake bars - quick and easy indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (1.3 ounce) envelope whipped topping mix
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix butter, flour, white sugar, and chopped pecans until combined. Press mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Cool crust completely before moving on.
  • Follow the instructions on the Dream Whip package to prepare.
  • Combine the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Gently mix in the dream whip and spread over the cooled crust. Finish with the cherry pie filling on top and chill before serving.
