Indulgent chocolate chip muffin cup cookies topped with maraschino cherries. A decadent treat in just six ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 24 large maraschino cherries, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to combine butter and cream cheese until well mixed. Then, on low speed, mix in flour and salt until dough forms.
  • Form the dough into 24 (1 1/4-inch) balls and press them into muffin cups, creating a well in the center. Add about 2 teaspoons of chocolate chips into each cup and finish by topping with a cherry.
  • Bake until the edges of the cups turn golden brown, which should take about 13 to 16 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes, then transfer from the muffin cups to a cooling rack to cool completely.
