Seafood seasoned pork chops marinated in apple cider vinegar, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • cracked black pepper to taste
  • 8 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, seafood seasoning, minced garlic, basil, lime juice, and black pepper. Transfer the marinade to a resealable plastic bag. Add pork chops, coat well with the marinade, remove excess air, and seal. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, flipping occasionally.
  • Prepare a medium-high heat on the outdoor grill and lightly oil the grate. Take the pork chops out of the bags and dispose of any leftover marinade.
  • Grill the pork until it is fully cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per side, with an internal temperature reaching 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
