Easily make versatile, delicious gluten-free crepes with the unique flavor of chestnut flour.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chestnut flour
  • vegetable oil, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until fully combined. Gradually add chestnut flour, 1/4 cup at a time, whisking well to prevent lumps, until a smooth liquid batter forms. Strain the batter through a fine strainer to ensure a lump-free mixture.
  • In an 8-inch crepe pan, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup of batter and swirl to cover the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until edges are browned and easily loosened with a spatula. Transfer to a serving plate and repeat with the rest of the batter.
