Whip up a quick and tasty Chex® snack with chocolate, peanuts, marshmallows, and pretzels for the ultimate munching delight. Ready in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • 3 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
  • 3 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex™ cereal
  • 2 cups salted dry-roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups small pretzel twists
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 package (20 oz) vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
Instructions:
  • Chill chocolate chips in the freezer. In a large bowl, combine cereals, peanuts, pretzels, and marshmallows; set aside.
  • Place the candy coating in a large microwavable bowl and microwave it uncovered on High for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir the coating, breaking up any large chunks. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds or until the coating can be stirred smooth.
  • Fold the cereal mixture into the coating with a rubber spatula, ensuring every piece is evenly coated. Add the chilled chocolate chips and mix gently. Spread the mixture on waxed paper and let it cool for about 30 minutes. Break it into chunks and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
