Chex Mix® White Chocolate Bark

Make a tasty sweet and salty treat with just 2 ingredients in the microwave. Delicious and effortless!
Ingredients:
  • 16 oz white chocolate baking bars or vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
  • 3 cups Chex Mix® snack mix (honey nut or traditional flavor)
Instructions:
  • Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with wax paper.
  • Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on High for about 2 minutes, stirring every minute until almost melted. Stir until smooth, then spread onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a 13x9-inch rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Sprinkle snack mix on top and gently press into the melted chocolate. Allow it to set for about 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Break into 2-inch pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
