Easy Muddy Buddies® Snickerdoodle White Fudge

Create irresistible Chex Mix® white fudge treats effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 3 oz white chocolate baking squares (from 4-oz package)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Snickerdoodle snack mix, slightly crushed
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 16 oz white vanilla baking chips
  • 1/2 cup Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Snickerdoodle snack mix, slightly crushed
  • Red sugar, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with foil, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal. Grease the foil with butter to prevent sticking.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate and butter uncovered on Medium-High (70%) power for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Mix in the crushed 2 cups of snack mix until fully coated, then press into a pan. Let it set aside.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, gently melt condensed milk and vanilla baking chips until smooth, stirring often. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Pour over the snack mix in the pan, top with crushed 1/2 cup of snack mix, and sprinkle with red sugar. Chill for about 2 hours until firm.
  • Transfer the fudge from the pan, then cut it into 8 by 8 rows. Store it tightly covered with waxed paper between layers for up to 2 weeks.
