Honey-berry chia seed jam - a sweet and tasty treat!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen blackberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen strawberries, or more to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Allow chia seeds to soak in water until they form a jelly-like texture, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Combine a variety of berries with honey in a saucepan and gently simmer until berries are tender, around 15 minutes. Lightly crush the mixture with a fork or masher.
  • Combine the chia seed mixture with the berry mixture, then allow it to cool for a minimum of 10 minutes off the heat.
