Chicken, apple and watercress salad

Indulge in a flavorful watercress salad with creamy Caesar dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 4 single chicken breast fillets
  • 1 bunch watercress, sprigs picked, washed, dried
  • 1 red apple, quartered, cored, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 x 115ml ctn caesar dressing
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a hot frying pan. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in the pan for 4-5 minutes per side until done. Remove to a plate and let it rest for 2 minutes before slicing the chicken into 1cm-thick pieces across the grain.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken, watercress, and apple. Serve on plates and drizzle dressing on top.
