Heart-shaped pizza topped with homemade Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, spinach, and a blend of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses - a perfect romantic Valentine's Day meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1.75 cups finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
  • 0.75 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1 store-bought pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh spinach
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk, then add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir the Alfredo sauce until melted and smooth, approximately 5 minutes. Set the sauce aside.
  • Mix together the remaining garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a bowl, then evenly coat both sides of the chicken breast with the mixture.
  • Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken breasts for 3 minutes on each side. Let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  • Divide the pizza dough in half and form each half into a heart shape. Place the shaped dough on the baking sheet and prick all over with a fork.
  • Place the plain dough in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until slightly golden. Take it out of the oven and generously spread Alfredo sauce over it. Layer on sliced chicken strips, chopped spinach, the rest of the Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake pizzas until they are beautifully golden brown, approximately 25 minutes.
