Creamy Alfredo Chicken with Broccoli and Orzo - A delicious one-skillet family meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces orzo pasta
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar Ragu® Classic Alfredo Sauce
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, swirl the butter until melted. Add the garlic and sauté for around 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Cook the chicken until it loses most of its pink color. Add broccoli and stir to coat. Mix in the orzo.
  • Combine the chicken stock and Ragu® Classic Alfredo Sauce in the pot. Stir thoroughly and cover. Simmer over medium heat until the orzo is tender, approximately 12 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and uncover the dish. Gently stir and let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
