Chicken Breasts and Stuffing Bake

Whip up a cozy chicken and stuffing dish in under an hour with a simple shortcut mix. Pure comfort in each bite!
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 pounds)
  • 4 slices process Swiss cheese
  • 1 package Chicken Helper™ chicken & stuffing
  • 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Arrange the chicken in a 13x9x2 inch rectangular baking dish. Top with cheese slices, then sprinkle with stuffing and mushrooms.
  • Combine 1 1/2 cups of hot water with the Seasoning Mix and pour over the stuffing. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of hot water with the Gravy Mix until smooth, then pour over the stuffing. Finish by drizzling with margarine.
  • Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown and the chicken juices run clear when the thickest pieces are cut.
