Mouthwatering slow cooker chicken baked in a creamy sauce with mushrooms, Parmesan, and sherry.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dry sherry
  • 10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.125 teaspoon celery salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Combine the condensed soups and sherry in a medium bowl.
  • Season the chicken with zesty lemon juice, aromatic paprika, flavorful celery salt, and a touch of salt and pepper. Transfer the seasoned chicken to the slow cooker, pour the soup mixture over it, and sprinkle it all with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
  • Slow cook the chicken until it's thoroughly cooked, tender, and the juices run clear, on Low for 8 to 10 hours or High for 4 to 5 hours. Check with an instant-read thermometer to ensure the temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
