Grilled chicken fajita kabobs deliver a simple and flavorful meal option.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 3 bell peppers, any colors you like
  • 1 onion
Instructions:
  • Dice the chicken into 1-inch chunks. Combine in a medium bowl with taco seasoning mix and oil, then set aside.
  • Prepare the bell peppers by removing the tops and bottoms, then deseeding and cutting them into 1-inch chunks. Peel and cut the onion into 1-inch chunks. Thread the seasoned chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers in alternating layers.
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  • Serve with tortillas and your choice of fajita toppings or over a bed of fresh greens for a delicious meal.
