Chicken green goddess smash salad

Impress with this quick Smash Salad served in an edible bread bowl for a fun twist. Ready in minutes with just 5 ingredients including a Green Goddess Kit for a herby kick. Customizable with seasoning, protein options like chicken, tuna, salmon, or haloumi.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp classic dukkah with almond and cashew
  • 1 large Lebanese bread
  • 350g pkt Green Goddess Salad Kit
  • 200g (2 cups) shredded Roast Chicken
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan).
  • Mix together the oil and dukkah in a small bowl, then generously brush the flavorful mixture over the bread's exterior.
  • On a workbench, layer the inside of an ovenproof bowl with bread slices, oil-side down. Cover with another bowl. Bake for 15 minutes until the bread is crispy and golden. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
