Try these delicious chicken nugget tacos - a kid-friendly twist on a classic favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 24 frozen breaded cooked chicken nuggets
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ 25% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 box (7.4 oz) Old El Paso™ Hard & Soft Taco Shells and Flour Tortillas (12 Count)
  • 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup thick & chunky salsa
Instructions:
  • Bake chicken nuggets according to package instructions. Keep warm. Lower oven temperature to 325°F. Heat taco shells and tortillas following the box directions.
  • In a small bowl, combine sour cream, taco seasoning mix, and milk until you reach your preferred consistency. Set it aside.
  • Stuff each taco shell and tortilla with 2 savory chicken nuggets, gooey cheese, crisp lettuce, and zesty salsa. Finish with a heavenly drizzle of tangy sour cream mixture.
