Savory chicken rotini soup, brimming with veggies, pasta, and juicy chicken bites. Ideal for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1 (12 ounce) package rotini pasta
  • 13 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 1.5 pounds chicken - cut into bite size pieces
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, simmer water with bouillon cubes until boiling. Cook rotini until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil over high heat. Add chicken, celery, carrots, and onion. Stir in pasta, then reduce heat to medium-low. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy while hot and fresh.
