Herb-infused mushroom cream sauce over succulent chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup light whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Tenderize the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Melt butter and oil in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add chicken and coat with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until just cooked, with a slightly pink center.
  • Heat soup, cream, sherry, tarragon, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, garlic powder, and mushrooms in a saucepan until warm. Pour the creamy sherry mixture over the baked chicken. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
