Indulge in irresistible chicken teriyaki noodles with chopsticks.
Ingredients:
  • 500g fresh hokkien noodles
  • 45.50 gm peanut oil
  • 500g chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 red capsicum, deseeded, sliced
  • 125g baby corn, quartered lengthways
  • 1 stick celery, thinly sliced
  • 125.00 ml thick teriyaki marinade
  • 21.00 gm reduced-salt soy sauce
  • 62.50 ml roasted peanuts, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a large heatproof bowl, place the noodles and cover them with boiling water. Let them stand for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • - Heat a wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook half the chicken for 2 minutes or until done; remove. Repeat the process with 2 teaspoons of oil and the remaining chicken.
  • Pour the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil into the wok and swirl to coat it. Heat until hot, then add the vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Combine chicken, noodles, marinade, soy sauce, and peanuts in a sizzling wok. Stir-fry until everything is piping hot. Serve and enjoy!
