Renowned food blogger, Beth Dooley, presents a beloved dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds chicken wings, split at the joint
  • 1/2 cup coarse mustard
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Give the wings a refreshing rinse under cold running water before gently drying them.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Combine the mustard and maple syrup in a small bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  • Spread the wings on a baking sheet and generously coat with melted butter.
  • Roast the wings until they turn a beautiful golden brown in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Then, brush them with the glaze and roast for an additional 5 minutes until they reach a deep golden color and the glaze sets.
  • Drizzle any extra glaze on the side before serving.
