Elevate classic green bean casserole with savory chicken chunks for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen cut green beans
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) chunk chicken, drained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 bag (6 oz) chow mein noodles
  • Sliced almonds, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Follow cooking directions for green beans on the package and then drain.
  • Combine the soup, chicken, and milk in a 2-quart casserole dish or 8-inch square glass baking dish, then gently fold in the beans.
  • Bake until center is hot for 30-40 minutes. Serve over noodles and sprinkle with almonds.
